Manufacturing Capabilities

We are strongly backed up by our own manufacturing unit and infrastructure which is equipped with all modern machines and tools which help us in making our Job easy. If we talk about our manufacturing capabilities.

For Forging:

we have a big range of manufacturing parts Up to diameter 20mm we are using cold
forging process with additional secondary operations on turning machines. For big parts above Diameter 20mm we are making parts via Hot forging and after than additional
process on secondary machines.

For Machining:

In machining we also offer wide range starting from Diameter 0.80mm up to 50mm with length of parts range from 5mm to 250mm. Some of our inhouse machinery includes conventional automated lathes, CNC machines, VMC machine grinding machines, drilling machines, tapping machines etc.
